Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area, perfect for relaxing, but unfortunately, it had a strong urine smell. I was unable to enjoy the pool due to the cold water temperature, which was a letdown. On the bright side, the room was already paid for by my daughter, which was a nice gesture.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were initially nice and reasonably priced, but I was very disappointed when they smelled really bad, leading us to switch rooms. The pool was too cold to enjoy, which was a letdown.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and right next to the elevator, which was a bit noisy every time it moved. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the pool as the water was too cold. On the bright side, the staff was helpful and friendly, offering valuable information on local dining options. The location was convenient, being between downtown McAlester and my workplace, but the hanging construction material in front was an eyesore.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were so nice and really clean, but there was a bad smell, and we had to switch rooms. The service was amazing, with very friendly staff, but they failed to follow up on issues we reported. The location was decent, in between downtown McAlester and my workplace, but the view from the room was lacking. The dining experience was warm and plentiful, although breakfast was gone pretty early. Overall, the value for money was solid.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and large, but the room was small, and I couldn't get the luggage cart any further than right in front of the door. The room was clean but a little dark with not much lighting.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious with a separate sitting area for relaxation, but there was visible hanging construction material right in front. The service was friendly and helpful, although a TV remote control was missing in our room. The location was not immediately visible from the highway, yet it was kept spotless. The dining was satisfactory, with warm and plentiful options, but nothing exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.
